Spot a mistake?

Tell us which repo and which number looks off. We check it against GitHub and fix it in public. To make that quick, put these in the message:

  • the repo, as owner/name;
  • the list and the day: for example "Today, Nov 3, 2026";
  • the number you saw, and the number you expected, with where you got it;
  • a link to the page, if you have one.

Send it to [email protected].

Questions about the data are welcome: say which page and which day. Privacy requests go to the same address; the Privacy page lists what we hold. Sponsor spots are not open yet, and the Advertise page says what they will be.

There is no sign-up and no form on this page. Nothing you read here sends anything to us. Who we are, and why the site exists, is on the About page.

Questions

How do I report a wrong number?

Send the repo as owner/name, the list it was in, the day, the number you saw and the number you expected. We check it against GitHub, and if we were wrong we fix it and say so in public.

Do you reply to every message?

We read every message. A wrong number gets checked first. We cannot promise an answer to every other message.

Can I ask you to add or remove a repo?

We follow repos by rule, not by request: every repo with 5,000 stars or more, plus the others described on the How we rank page. A repo that is private, archived or gone from GitHub is skipped by itself.

Where do I send a privacy request?

To the same address. The Privacy page says what we hold and what you can ask for.
